Overview

As all of my products are “Digital” and there are no physical products this means we can’t offer you a full refund.

However, if after purchasing any of my digital products there are any missing products, links, templates etc then you will recieve an exact product replacement via checked and tested links, this/these will be sent to you via your email address at time of purchase.

If you encounter such a problem then please just use the contact form by clicking HERE, fill in as much detail as possible and I will get back to you with a solution ASAP.

Additional non-refundable items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Online courses (though I may consider this if there is a good reason)
• Digital products (however if you did not receive the digital product or it was corrupt then I will try to send it/them directly to you)
• Downloadable software products

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please click HERE to tell me about this in as much detail as possible.
