We ALL start at the very beginning, grow our skills as our business grows.
When creating an MRR products business it doesn’t matter whether you are starting out or a budding entrepreneur.
Either way if you’ve chosen the MRR (Master Resell Rights) and digital products journey, you are onto a winner!
In this brief I will guide you STEP-BY-STEP through what sometimes may appear like a terrifying maze.
By the end you will be confident that you have learnt skills to produce and sell excellently crafted Master Resell Rights Digital products.
However I can save you months of work and time giving you the opportunity to leverage a quicker route to success.
How? By using my, high quality, well-structured, well researched MRR products if you wish.
1: Choosing MRR Products business digital assets
Just like you I want to offer premium, high quality MRR products in a variety of “niches” to cater for all needs.
This is a MUST at the beginning of any entrepreneurs’ journey when creating an MRR products business.
I have taken time, put in a lot of hours to provide you with just that, high quality, premium MRR products.
One of the things you must do is to offer these quality products to keep your customers happy and returning.
2: It’s a Niche Things when Creating an MRR Products Business
Creating an MRR Products Business requires you to stick to a niche to be successful.
You’ve probably heard this many times and probably think, what the heck is a niche?
A niche is a specific collection of certain types of products that fit certain categories.
For instance Football, sport, mental health, weddings and related, how to guides, tutorials and so on.
Think of it as a library where certain genres of book titles are placed on shelves in categories like Science Fiction, non-fiction, fantasy and so on.
Therefore, choosing a specific niche is easier if it fits into what you either already know or are passionate about.
It can even be an interest where your knowledge is growing with each piece of research you do.
Once you identify a niche, research it, check whether it is in demand then create products that align with it.
My versatile and niche rich MRR products will help you grow your library of products to offer your new or returning customers.
3: A platform to call home to sell your products from (Website, Shop)
It is essential once purchased or created your own MRR products using the great Canva.com that you have somewhere to display them.
You will need to either create a website incorporating an eCommerce store or, you can always go down the route of using a free or paid platform.
You could use Shopify, System.io, Etsy and my personal favourite PayHip plus, or like me you can use WordPress.
I would personally recommend you choose to utilize these professional services that can have you up and running quickly.
Remember your website needs to look professional, not too cluttered, easy to navigate & work on all devices.
IMPORTANT: Whether you build your own, have it professionally designed or use one of the services I listed, they MUST be SEO friendly.
The term SEO is known as “Search Engine Optimization” and it will serve you well.
4: Images, Photos, Graphics
I know what you’re thinking, isn’t this all going to cost a fortune & now I have to think about buying images too.
Images are a must but can be expensive due to any copyright issues.
However, it’s NOT going to cost you a fortune, most likely it will cost you ZERO.
There are many sites offering FREE images for both personal & commercial use.
Some may ask you just to mention where the image came from, others ask for nothing.
You can find FREE images to use at unsplash.com, pexels.com, pixabay.com and a few more.
If you are using Canva they now have built in FREE image access from Pexels, Pixabay and a few more.
5: Logos, Branding, and Identity
It all starts with a good logo, this shouldn’t be too busy but, it should say I am here, remember me.
Choose colours that stay consistent throughout your branding, your site, your newsletters & so on.
People like to know who they are buying from, read a non-boring, well written, not too long story.
You need to resonate with your audiences, become memorable, stick in their minds.
My logo is quite simple, it’s just me with my signature as you can see here.
6: Collecting payments (we all gotta get paid)
A much overlooked item when creating an MRR products business is TAKING PAYMENTS.
Once you have a website, online store & have some premium MRR products you need to accept payment methods.
This is a method for customers to pay you for your products.
These are known as Payment Gateways or Processors, they collect money on your behalf via either credit/debit cards of PayPal.
Either way you need to sign up for these, I would recommend BOTH as it gives customers a better choice of how to pay.
I would suggest you sign up for STRIPE and PAYPAL, make sure you sign up for the BUSINESS account at PAYPAL, both are FREE.
Payent processors do charge a small transaction fee when taking payments on your behalf.
7: Prices of your products
Think of pricing this way. Low, medium and high prices, each have their own benefits.
When pricing MRR products you need to consider profit margins V non sales, what do I mean by this?
You could sell 100 products at a low to medium price & make a great profit.
The other option is to sell 3 products at a high price, both versions have their merits
It can be a difficult choice but, personally I would experiment, don’t worry, you won’t get it right first time, I didn’t.
Take these into consideration when pricing your MRR products.
- Time taken to create or edit pre-made products.
- How high is the demand for this product niche.
- Ask friends what they think would be a fair price or research yourself.
- Keep profit margins in mind but NEVER get too greedy with these.
- You want customers to come back, not resent your prices.
8: Authority, content, & traffic when creating MRR products
Speak to your audience as if you knew them and their problems like a close friend.
The content of pages, posts, blogs, videos, products you sell need to be well structured, speak to a problem offering a solution.
This way you not only start to become an authority on subjects that help but also those you are passionate about.
Content and content marketing play a huge role in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
Search engines scan content to see if it is well written, authority driven & that the titles, headings, & content all match very closely.
9: A Good Marketing Plan is ESSENTIAL
Step 1: An email list, collecting prospective customers emails the right way.
This is your GOLDMINE of marketing, but how do you collect email addresses to market to?
The easiest way is to use MRR, ready created products or, write a blog post then turn that into a FREE eBook as a lead magnet.
A lead magnet is a teaser if you like, utilize social media with “Short, looped” reels, add a great CTA too.
Ask a short question then offer a solution in the comments, guide people to the comment, keep them engaged.
Offer a FREE guide to solve a problem they may be facing, link to your free guide in your bio.
Visitors will be redirected to your FREE offering, collect their email & in return they get a good quality product.
Step 2: After gaining traction & collecting emails you can start to craft “non-spammy” emails to send to your list of subscribers.
Step 3: Use social media marketing, email marketing, newsletters with free stuff, website SEO (Google loves this).
Paid advertising is great when you start making an income (ALWAYS re-invest).
Utilize all of these and you will soon grow your following and email list, these are all essential to succeed.
10: Your customers are your “SAUCE” so engage, engage, engage
I can’t stress enough how important customer relationships are so, engage, engage, engage!
Capitalise on social media, tag a few, DM or reply to DM’s, comment on posts/reels, let them ask questions.
Your website is an open marketplace to engage with your customers, offer great content, great products, FREE advice & support.
Entice customers to ask questions, any questions, if they buy a product request they leave feedback or a review.
In return for reviews or feedback offer a discount on their next purchase for doing so as a thank you.
11: Set yourself apart, OFFER VALUE!
Even though customers have purchased one or more of your ready-made MRR products, they still may need help after.
Suggest (when sending out a “thank you for your purchase” email that they can ask for help if they need it.
This is great customer service, great customer relations and great value, THIS is what will set you apart from your competitors.
12: Repeat business, HOW?
First off don’t overload any new customers with emails, newsletters with product after product, YOU WILL LOSE THEM!
The answer? Create new and fresh site content and keep creating or adding MRR products to your online store.
In return this keeps earch engines happy (new content) but also your customers and, above all else, fosters repeat business.
Once in a while send out that all important newsletter with “New Products just added” or “80% 24 HOURS ONLY”,
Grab attention without spamming because you are merely informing them of your new additions and discounts.
Final thoughts from me on creating an MRR products business
Be passionate about your offerings, products, services and advice, it goes a hell of a long way to being successful.
How to keep progressing:
This one is my favourite, and it’s quite simple to perform.
Check, analyse, adapt and adjust accordingly.
It is very important to keep customers coming back, see where your best and worst results are coming from.
Analyse your business, this way you can see the following.
- Which products are performing the best, selling the most.
- How your customers found you.
- Is your website on search engines.
- What sort of questions are customers asking.
- Are there complaints? If so, did your resolution help or hinder?
- It’s all about strategy, analysis, optimization, and improvement.
Checking these and more will help your business fly, improve and, in return you will gain a loyal following & loyal buyers.
